Iguana
Our Casa Iguana is located on the upper right edge of the village.
We have a steep paved path to the casa. The three houses are built in
the old palapa style. We live on the property year round. The terrain
gets a sweet afternoon breeze, daily. We offer simple, clean and affordable
housing to nice people. We have hosted many guests over the years and
welcome you to visit our community and family. A stay at Casa Iguana offers
security, local tips, language skills and much more....The
Upper Casa is located on the top of the Casa Iguana Property,
A large old style palapa with three beds and a hammock. It comfortably
sleeps 4 adults. The Casa has privacy,electricity and shared use of the
main kitchen and bathroom. $35.USD per night The Casita is
located on the far left side of the terrain. It is a sweet little private
space with one hanging bed, couch, hammock and a small kitchen set up
with refrigerator and electricity. It also includes shared use of the
main kitchen and bathroom. $25.USD per night(solo) $30.USD (double).The
Tent Site is located on the lower section of the property, under
one of our giant Mango trees. It offers a small tent with bedding. It
also includes shared use of the main kitchen and bathroom. $12.USD per
night. The Kitchen is large , open and completely setup.

My Mother
and Father in Law , Alicia and Marcos have Casa Del Sol right off the
water. It has a private stairway right down to the vortex of the beach/rio
for late night beach visits and convenience. The casa has a huge private
deck overlooking one of the cleaniest section of the bay, a full kitchen
with refrigeration, hot water and style. One bedroom sits on another story
high above all with an awesome view. Another bedroom is palapa style and
below are 2 double beds and two single beds are also available. A group
of 8 or more could comfortably have the most amazing time. This casa is
completely safe against theft. I sound like a salesman...forget that,
this place sells itself! Truly one of the nicest rentals in Yelapa. Rates
are from $75.00 - $150.00 USD per night depending on the number of people.

Our Tia's, Casa Milagros, Located high on a bluff, overlooks the ocean, bay, village and river below. It is one of the few properties in Yelapa that can accommodate groups of up to 24 people. Casa Irma is located off the main path, as you head to town. It is located
high above, with unobstructed views of the Cove of Yelapa. The Casa offers
you all the comforts of home, while in a jungle setting ... Hot Water,

Private Balcony , Safety and More. The Casa has one double bed and one

This Casa is 99% insect free... If you want a sure thing... this is the
Casa for you. Just worry about enjoying your vacation, nothing else! Angel
is a master of cement and Irma has one of the sweetest voices in Yelapa.
New Rooftop Apartments Two,
Brand New Apartments are now available. They are built in the same
style but do not offer cooking facilities. They do offer a refrigerator,
coffee maker and toaster. They are simple,
safe and clean. These Rooftop Apartments have amazing views and lots
of sun.

Located directly off the playita and the Cove of Yelapa. A traditional Yelapa Casa with modern conveniences. The Casa has two double beds and one single bed, linens, gas stove, refrigerator, electricity, hot water, flush toilet, shower, security for your valuables, hammocks, ceiling and floor fans and a private beach. There is also plenty of flat space for a tent or two. Kayaks are available to rent. Casa Tres Palmas is located next door to the Yacht Club, so you'll definitely have entertainment on Wednesday and Saturday nights. Vladimir and Jenny would love for you to enjoy their casa.
Rates: $35 USD per night. Ask about our monthly rates. Kayak's rent for $10 USD each per day, each. Tents are $10 USD extra per tent and must be part of your group.

This large, unique home overlooking the Cove of Yelapa, decorated inside and out by a local artist, is a 15 minute walk from the village and 25 from the main beach. However, the best swimming in Yelapa is only five minutes away! The master bedroom has a queen-size bed and master bathroom. The second bedroom has a double and single bed with a second bathroom on the main floor. The main area is in the style of a spacious great room with a full kitchen, dining room and living room. The kitchen includes refrigerator, microwave, toaster, blender, mixer, electric grill and gas stove. All windows are screened.
Take your breakfast on the large terrace while enjoying the view of the Cove of Yelapa, and watching/listening to the plethora of local birds. There's a radio/CD/tape player, so bring your favorite music and relax in the evening.

Located on the east side of the bay is perfect for first time visitors
and for those who like a sure thing. Cute Bungalows that are right off
the bay. They have it all ! Great food, Service and The Barracuda Bar
for nightime adventure's. Veronica's Uncle, Clemente is the manager of
