This large, unique home overlooking the Cove of Yelapa, decorated inside and out by a local artist, is a 15 minute walk from the village and 25 from the main beach. However, the best swimming in Yelapa is only five minutes away! The master bedroom has a queen-size bed and master bathroom. The second bedroom has a double and single bed with a second bathroom on the main floor. The main area is in the style of a spacious great room with a full kitchen, dining room and living room. The kitchen includes refrigerator, microwave, toaster, blender, mixer, electric grill and gas stove. All windows are screened. Take your breakfast on the large terrace while enjoying the view of the Cove of Yelapa, and watching/listening to the plethora of local birds. There's a radio/CD/tape player, so bring your favorite music and relax in the evening.This is a non smoking casa. Weekly rentals only.
