We serve high mountain coffees-an organic blend of coffees from Chiapas, Veracruz and Oaxaca. Our coffee is directly shipped to Puerto Vallarta and then roasted. We use high quality Italian machines by Pasquini, guaranteeing a super rich crema. Try one of our tropical fruit smoothies, grab a hammock and enjoy!

Meet Gabi, the wonderful barista at the Lagunita Coffee Company. She is 21 years old and was born in Acapulco. She and her family (daughter Kaylie and husband Bobby) lived in North Carolina for 5 years and now live here in Yelapa with Bobby's family. Gabi likes to practice English and is very willing to help visitors with their Spanish. Gabi has worked the coffee machine for two years and can make you almost anything that you can get in Europe and North America. Espresso Machiato, No problemo! Espresso Ristratto, No problemo! Come by and say Hola to Gabi or Cody.
