Donations

Yelapa offers so much to it’s visitors, that it is very common to want to give something back to our community. It has actually become a tradition here. When arriving, returning guests would bring gifts for the people that impacted them, on their vacation. Upon departure, many leave flashlights, masks and fins and other goodies from the other world.

Recently, a few different groups of long time residents gathered and joined forces to impact our community greatly. Our brand new, Cultural Center has opened it’s doors and is truly making a difference. Casa de Imaginacîon is presently open 4 hours a day to young and old. The first round of classes offered have been working with recycled trash and making it into wonderful art. SO much more is planned.

We are positive that if you stop by to visit, you will want to support it. It is grassroots, at it’s best. All donations go directly to the program and not to someone’s pockets.

The Casa de Imaginacîon is only one of the projects in Yelapa that you can personally help.

My wife, Veronica works with kids and sports. Donations of sporting gear are worth gold here.

The Health Center, though sponsored by the Government, lack so much. Just this year we received a glucomiter and blood pressure tester. We still have no oxygen. Medical supplies are always needed.

Want to make sure your allowed upstairs? Our church is doing a massive rebuild. If this strikes your fancy. Dollars for purchasing cement is needed.

If your going to be a longtime visitor, think about mentoring a child . Share your experience and oppourtunity and greatly effect someone’s life.

I could go on, but that’s all for now, its up to you…
