It’s finally done! After six months of hard work… Casa de los Sueños has reopened the doors on the classic Yelapa Estate. Check out the website. Six wonderful spaces for rent. We are now in the process of adding many guest services that will enhance your stay.

Finally.. after a round of delays, the palapa got tied on the upper section of the office…within the next few weeks, we will have the sweetest little spot to rent, overlooking the cove and the mouth of the rio tuito….and at a great price!

Newly named “Vista del Sol” is a deluxe villa located above the Hotel Lagunita. The Casa sleeps 8 comfortably. The Casa includes a full size pool, washer, internet access and more. . Here’s a page with some more information. Make your reservations asap!

Here’s the view from the upper story. For now we are going to put bamboo siding and some type of roofing and offer this as a budget water front rental.

I finally have a bit of web presence for Casa de los Arboles. Absolutely a one of a kind casa / dreamhouse! Since it’s new to the rental scene, we have some great availability…

We decided to keep the old rock wall for the back wall of the office. After we clean it up and varnish it …it’s going to look so good!
