My father in Law and his Brothers have a ranch located high above Pizota called “Las Cañas”. Last year, they put a road in where an old horse trail used to be and therefore opened 4 wheel drive access to a spot where very few have seen. It is one of the many stops on my Cultural Tours. The season is practically over and road access has a few months before the rains will shut things down. Next year make sure to come and visit it with me. It is one of the most amazing bird watching areas in this part of México.
